Grading system will be followed. Evaluation will be done on the basis of monthly performance considering CW, HW and worksheets. No marks will be given in the evaluation card. Only grade will be given.

Class I to V

The assessment structure and examination for Classes I to V will comprise of the following:

Term-1

One Periodic Tests (PT-1) (Weightage 10 Marks)
Note Books Submission (Weightage 5 Marks)
One Subject Enrichment Activity (Weightage 5 Marks)
Half Yearly Examination (Weightage 30 Marks)

Term-2

One Periodic Tests (PT-2) (Weightage 10 Marks)
Note Books Submission (Weightage 5 Marks)
One Subject Enrichment Activity (Weightage 5 Marks)
Half Yearly Examination (Weightage 30 Marks)

Class VI to VIII

As per CBSE Circular No. Acad-14/2017 Date 21.03.2017

1. Scholastic Area:

The assessment structure comprises of two terms i.e. Term-1 and 2:

Subjects Term-1 (100 Marks) Term-2 (100 Marks)
Language – 1, 2, 3, Mathematics, Science PA 20 Marks + Half Yearly Exam 80 Marks PA 20 Marks + Yearly Exam 80 Marks

2. Co-Scholastic Activities (Classes VI-VIII):

Graded term-wise on a 3-point scale (A = Outstanding, B = Very Good and C = Fair): Work Education, Art Education, Health and Physical Education.

3. Discipline:

Grading on Discipline will be done term-wise on a 3 point grading scale (A = Outstanding, B = Very Good and C = Fair)

Class IX & X

As per CBSE Circular No. Acad-05/2017 Date 31.01.2017

1. Scholastic Area:

2. Co-Scholastic Activities:

Graded on a 5-point grading scale (A to E): Work Education, Art Education, Health & Physical Education.

3. Discipline:

Grading from A to E on five point scale.

Class XI & XII

Mark system will be followed for Science, Commerce & Humanities. Total 33% in each of the five subjects will be required to pass the examination.

Report on Progress
Parents will receive computer generated Progress Report for each term of the academic year.
Feedback on progress
Parents are welcome to discuss their child's progress with teachers during scheduled parent-teacher meetings.
Promotion Policy
Promotion is granted on the basis of overall performance in examinations and internal assessments as per CBSE guidelines.
